Exchange and Return Policy

In case of exchange we are here to help you, no matter the reason.

The Consumer Defense Code (Brazilian law) defines that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days in case of regret.
Exchanges or returns are free within a period of 30 days in case of defect, product divergence, colors, models, and sizes.

The customer can choose to receive a new product (exchange), or for a refund.

*Excesses: Promotional items/with pre-discounted items at the time of sale, are not exchangeable.

For returns, the products must have a label, must not contain signs of wear or use, and must be returned in the original packaging.
